on my most recent trip to target (the mecca of cute, if you will) i was floored by their new selection of shoes for fall. rich colors. unique styles. but seriously, should i have expected anything less?

if you can't make the financial commitment to bunny lane (see below because i don't know the code for a jump), perhaps you can make a trip up to saskatchewan to check out artist heather benning's life-size dollhouse. benning gutted and renovated an old farm house, adding plexiglass walls to one side so visitors can peek inside at the 60's inspired interior. she left the outside basically as-is, making for a really interesting contrast.

furniturea (ignore the thoughts of an upset stomach you get from hearing their name) makes modern, aesthetically pleasing furniture that comes in 22, yes that's right 22, lovely colors. there's something slightly alice-in-wonderland about their designs that makes me think all sorts of nice thoughts.
